About
H. Ní Aódagaín is a LGBTQ+ writer of fiction, poetry and essay. Her work explores the power of women, the challenge of living consciously on this beautiful, beleaguered planet we call home, and the obligation we each have to dismantle the systems of institutionalized oppression: racism, misogyny in all its forms, and homophobia.
Putting pen to paper has been my grounding through six decades of living, loving, loss and gain. Through my writings, I celebrate life—bear witness to its beauties, ecstatic and horrific, bow to its yearning toward both death and renewal, and come away humbled in the face of its power.
